Elliott M. Loew is the founding member of the Law Offices of Elliott M. Loew, P.C., a litigation law firm located in Newton, Massachusetts.
Mr. Loew has been practicing law as a member of the Massachusetts Bar since 1979 and has concentrated in the fields of civil and business litigation, real estate, employment and probate law, and domestic relations. The clientele ranges from large multi-national and small, local business owners and operators, to a large portfolio of individual clients. The firm also provides an assortment of related business counseling and planning services to its clients.
Mr. Loew has also been a member of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts since 1980, The United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit since 1992 and a member of the Bar of the United States Supreme Court since 1983.
Mr. Loew has been a special instructor of law at Newton North High School in Newton Massachusetts since 1980. He was also on the staff as lawyer/coach of the Newton North High School Mock Trial Team from 1990 to 2004. He became the lawyer/coach of the Newton South High School Mock Trial team in 2006. He has been a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association?s Mock Trial Committee since 1997 and was the Chairman of the Committee in 1998, 2007 and 2008.
Mr. Loew is a Board Member of the Newton South Little League, and has been a long time President and Vice President. He is also a Board Member of the Newton Babe Ruth League, as well as a coach in the Newton Babe Ruth League.
Mr. Loew and his wife, Cheryl live in Newton, Massachusetts and have two children.
